Cancellation Policies:
Cancellation Fee:
A cancellation fee of 10% of the total conference registration amount will be charged for cancellations made PRIOR to 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time on September 9, 2025. The fee is calculated based on the original total price reflected in your booking at the time of checkout.
If you are needing to cancel your conference registration, please contact abby@soaringbirdsolutions.com as soon as possible.
3. Registration Rollover or Transfer:
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, leading to the necessity of a cancellation. In such cases, we are committed to offering alternative options to ensure your investment is not lost. You have the option to either apply and rollover your conference registration for the following year or transfer it to another individual who can attend in the same year the registration was originally purchased. We value your commitment to our conference and aim to provide flexibility to accommodate unforeseen changes.
2. No Refunds On or After September 9, 2025:
Due to the proximity of the conference date and the extensive preparations made to enhance the conference experience, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after September 9, 2025. We appreciate your understanding.
